The Adventist Media Ministries and the ministries it serves require that all employees have active memberships in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. (See "Policies" under the "Employment" dropdown menu for more information.) First preference for all positions are given to those who have experience and/or educational training in the stated position. All positions are considered "open" until the position is officially filled. The Adventist Media Ministries does not have the ability to help people who wish to seek employment coming from other countries outside of the United States who do not already have permission to work and/or permanent resident status in the United States.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Contributes to creation and updating of website contents on AMM and Ministry websites and other online presences.
  • Create and maintain webpages that are consistent with online strategy and branding
  • Create graphics and mock-ups of web page content and layout
  • Recommend and implement sound SEO practices for all contents on the websites
  • Continually monitor website to ensure information is accurate, free of errors and compatible with all popular browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome at the minimum)
  • Work collaboratively with each individual Ministries to deliver quality web content to drive traffic to our sites
  • Assist with strategic planning for future web enhancements or new web requirements working with key functional stakeholders
  • Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and resolving website technical issues for internal and external customers
  • Prepare photos and graphics for online use using Adobe Photoshop or similar.
  • Create PDF documents and forms using Adobe Acrobat and other tools.
  • Create user documentation for new and existing projects.
  • Work on additional writing tasks and other clerical duties that support department or ministry needs.
  • Assist with ministry email campaigns, including design and optimization
  • Develop and maintain AMM and Ministry social media networks including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. 
  • A member of the Seventh-day Adventist church in regular and good standing.
  • Must adhere to and be supportive of the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
  • Education: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism, Digital Media, Web Design or Graphic Design. Relevant work experience or relevant college courses may be acceptable in lieu of academic requirement.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Digital Content Specialist/Webmaster will create and maintain websites that are consistent with the Voice of Prophecy’s online strategy and branding, recommend and implement sound SEO practices for all websites, continually monitor and test websites, assist with strategic planning for future web enhancements or new web requirements, provide technical assistance in troubleshooting, resolve technical issues for internal and external customers, work with multimedia content and streaming on any given CDN platform as it relates to digital delivery, and more.

DESCRIPTION: The Voice of Prophecy is looking for an energetic Donor Relations Coordinator to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships between the ministry and its supporters. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, and prior event planning experience.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Donor Relations Coordinator serves the Voice of Prophecy by supporting and assisting the donor outreach program. Duties include: contacting supporters by phone on a regular bases to deepen relationships and provide updates on ministry news and projects. Proactively invites supporters to participate in the various projects of the ministry. Tracks activity useful in cultivating and stewarding donors. Maintains accurate and thorough records within the donor database, and uses utmost discretion in handling donor information. Assists with planning and execution of Sponsorship weekends and other special events.
QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum of an associate’s degree. Minimum of three years experience in fundraising or a related field. A member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, with an understanding of and adherence to the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal skills and phone “presence” with customer relations and service strengths. Has a cheerful, outgoing personality. Is an energetic, collaborative, self-starter with the ability to work well independently or in a team setting. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms. Proficiency in or ability to learn the database software, Raiser’s Edge.
NOTICE: The Voice of Prophecy is located in Loveland, CO. The applicant must be willing to live in or commute to the Loveland, CO, area.
DESCRIPTION: The Voice of Prophecy is looking for a detail-oriented Departmental Assistant with Accounting Experience to work in the Planned Giving & Trust Services department. This person will assist with the accounting records—including all aspects of accounting (receivables, payables, general ledger) and federal and state fiduciary tax reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITY: The Departmental Assistant with Accounting Experience will serve the Voice of Prophecy by conducting the following functions in a confidential manner: generating receipts and making bank deposits, monitoring annuity payments, assisting with annual reports/statements, communicating with trustors regarding trust activity, preparing interest distribution checks, monitoring investment accounts, corresponding with attorneys and vendors as needed, assisting with the required State of California Department of Insurance Gift Annuity filings and fees, and more (please see full description).

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two years of college experience in any discipline that includes business-related courses from an accredited institution, plus two years of denominational employment. A member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, with an understanding of and adherence to the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

SKILLS: Proficient computer skills, accurate attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to urgent projects or unusual situations, and verbal and written communication skills.
